Six Sigma Master Black Belt

As a jobbing foundry with a diverse customer base, Progress Casting Group is a recognized leader in the aluminum casting industry. We are currently seeking an experienced, creative and talented Black Belt to launch our Lean Six Sigma strategy.

The Master Black Belt is responsible for developing, advocating and enabling the tools and methodologies of Six Sigma Lean to drive process excellence. This person will guide business leaders in understanding and use of Six Sigma methods by establishing links between Six Sigma initiatives and business strategies and identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.

To qualify for this challenging position we expect a proven record of accomplishment of outstanding performance. Strong interpersonal capabilities and the ability to work cross-functionally, with others throughout the organization on sensitive and/or emotional issues. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in facilitation, training, coaching and mentoring in a Six Sigma/Lean Sigma organization. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Must hold certification as a Master Black Belt.
